Apple-Soju Cocktail

The countdown to Gus’s event begins!

I am SO excited for tomorrow’s olympic viewing party we are hosting to watch Gus in men’s Slopestyle! His competition on at Saturday at 6:00pm MST (I would re-check this, I could be wrong!)! The perfect necessity for viewing Slopestyle?? A Soju Cocktail of course! This Korean themed cocktail is not sweet at all and will make you feel like you are sitting in Korea watching the olympics, but in the comfort of your own home! There is a Soju Cocktail inspired cupcake in the box that pairs perfectly with this cocktail!

INGREDEINTS

Soju, as needed
Seltzer, as needed
Apple juice, as needed
Ice, as needed
1 thin slice Granny Smith apple

DIRECTIONS

Mix equal parts soju, seltzer and apple juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain the cocktail into martini glasses and garnish with apple slice.
