Happy Monday everyone! Today is feeling like it’s going to be a long week ahead and Happy Hour is on our mind. The Moscow Mule has always been a traditional cocktail that is tasty and sweet and you can drink them out of awesome copper mugs. The traditional is always a favorite, but we decided to take a twist on the original and show you two other recipes to try using the same ingredients but with assorted fresh fruit! Enjoy!

The Original
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Vodka
- 4 parts ginger beer
- ½ part lime juice (or squeeze of half a lime)
The Dark and Sweet Mule
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Vodka
- 1 part fresh lemon juice
- 2 blackberries
- 1 part simple syrup
- 2 parts ginger beer
The Forbidden Fruit Mule
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Vodka
- 1 part simple syrup
- 1 part grapefruit juice
- 3 parts ginger beer
To make simple syrup: Take 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup water. In a medium saucepan combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool.
