Al Fresco Dinner Party

There is nothing better than spending time outdoors.

Coming from Dallas, Texas I never wanted to go outside in the summer because it was SO uncomfortably hot. I don’t mean to be a baby about it, but getting into a car and just simply breathing and your sunglasses fog up.. that is not normal. My dad continues to love the Texas heat but I continue to love my Colorado summers and make him come visit me during these months! There is no better time than summer to start moving your dinner parties outside “Al Fresco” style! These blue plates from Target were the perfect pop to the jewel tone flower centerpiece I made (from grocery store flowers). I added orange napkins to tie in the orange detail on the table runner. Keep your outdoor set up super simple by skipping a table-cloth and sticking to placements or just a table runner. Use bright colors and serve summer flavors!
