Happy November ya’ll!
Wow this year seems like it is flying by so fast. I can’t believe it is already November and only three weeks away from Thanksgiving! We always spend Thanksgiving in Mexico and I am counting down the days until we head down there. Beach, sun tans, margaritas, ah! so excited. Now, let’s talk this party. One of my favorite things to make when it gets cold is anything in the crockpot! Expecially chili! I also have a tradition on the first snow fall in Denver I make up a huge batch of my great aunts stew! It is such an easy recipe and the perfect comfort meal for a snowy day. I love the centerpiece Mallory Dee put together for this party, it is just a bunch of different types of grass and wild flowers, but they way it is laying in the vase was a unique addition to a normal flower arrangment. The boys brought over growlers of beer and we tasted each one to go along with our chili and fall harvest salad!
