As we come to a close on the last few weeks of summer, this is the opportune time to do everything that you had on your summer to do list. Hosting summer parties should be one of them! This Watermelon Referesher cocktail is high on my list for a refreshing treat to serve at a summer party. The flavor is so refreshing and really easy to make! Sip by the pool or lake with friends or serve at your next barbeque.
Ingredients
- 1 part Vodka
- 1/4 cup sliced watermelon
- Soda Water
- sliced cucumber
- mint (for garnish)
Yeilds 1 cocktail
Directions
Puree the watermelon slices in a blender. Add vodka to each glass filled with ice. Add soda water and top off with watermelon puree. Top with sliced cucumber and garnish with mint. Sip and enjoy!
