As you well know, serving a signature cocktail at holiday parties is the perfect way to greet guests when they enter your home. You can easily mix up a cocktail before hand and have it poured into a glass or pitcher to hand out to guests! I love this time of year because of all the flavors that encompass holiday cheer! Pomegranate is one of my personal favorite flavors and I try to incorporate them into any recipes I can, especially cocktail recipes.
One of my favorite holiday parties to host during this time of year is a holiday pajama movie night with my girl friends! I encourage everyone to come in their coziest holiday pajamas for a fun night filled with holiday movies, delicious treats and the perfect cocktail! This watermelon pomegranate champagne cocktail is the perfect libation to serve at a holiday movie night! Think of it as a twist on your normal mimosa! Tropicana’s Watermelon Juice isn’t just for the summer time anymore. Mixed with champagne and topped with pomegranate seeds, this cocktail is sure to get any gal (guy) in the holiday spirit!
Ingredients
- Tropicana Watermelon Juice
- Sparkling wine or Champagne
- Pomegranate Juice
- Pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
- Rosemary (for garnish)

Directions
In a champagne glass pour in sparkling wine first then top with Tropicana Watermelon Juice. Add a splash of pomegranate juice. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and rosemary, serve!
