Rosemary Tequila Fizz

THE perfect holiday cocktail!

It’s here! The weekend of Christmas! I am beyond excited for this weekend and upcoming week of holiday fun with family and friends! This fun won’t be complete though without the perfect holiday cocktail! This Rosemary Tequila Fizz is SO delicious and such a fun spin on a normal holiday cocktail. Made with lemon and muddled rosemary, this is guaranteed to be a holiday party hit!

INGREDIENTS

2 oz tequila (my go to is Casaamigos Repasado)
rosemary sprigs (muddled)
4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tsp agave
a pinch of salt
a pinch of sugar
rosemary (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS

In a cocktail shaker muddle the rosemary sprigs in the bottom. Add ice, tequila, lemon juice, agave, salt and sugar. Shake! Pour into a glass over ice and garnish with a sprig of rosemary!
