Strawberry Cake Stacks

Fresh strawberries paired with a lemon whipped cream on mini cakes!

  • 1 zester
  • 1 Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can whipped cream
  • 1 cup cut strawberries
  • lemon zest from 1 lemon
  • 8 mini slices of angel food cake or similar cakes
  • mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Set out an individual slice of the angel food cake, add a later of whipped cream then grate lemon zest on top.
  • Next, add your sliced strawberries and top with whipped cream and more lemon zest.
  • Repeat these steps until you have two layers of cake topped with whipped cream, lemon zest and strawberries. Garnish with mint and serve!
