The day I turned **…
I am so excited to finally be sharing my birthday party from last month! It was such a special evening surrounded by, almost, all of my favorite people at one of the most adorable restaurants in Denver, Beatrice and Woodsley. I wanted to host a dinner party that was intimate and cozy for all my friends in Denver and luckily I had my sister and brother in law along with my mom and aunt join us!

The inspiration for the party started from when I fell in love with Lana’s Shop’s woodland invitation suite (in which she did for a 1 year olds birthday party…). They were too cute and I knew I just had to throw a party surrounding them. The perfect spot to host this event was in the private room of Beatrice and Woodsley. If you aren’t familiar, the restaurant is “woodland” themed with aspen tree trunks lining the entire interior. Aside from the gorgeous ambiance of the restaurant they also have AMAZING food!

Plum Sage Flowers put together a sweet table arrangement of pink peonies (my favorite) and moss covering the table. We also had little woodland creatures throughout the table setting. Lana and I put together fun menus to keep this “into the woods” themed birthday party fun and quirky! For each guest I had Yours Truly Cupcake put together macaron filled boxes tied with a blush colored ribbon and set them out at eat setting. We had a fun pink themed cocktail which was served as my guests arrived too! It was truly a birthday party for the books! I can’t wait to plan next years!
