The fun without the guilt!
At the recent Le Creuset event I hosted, I met the most wonderful woman, Shannon, who owns a vegan bakeshop in Denver, Squeakly Little Wheel! She #gifted me her new lemon poppyseed donut mix to try out – holy moly, they are delicious! The kit is SO simple to use and would make for the perfect hostess gift or recipe to make when hosting the gals over for tea or adding them to your brunch menu!
When you order the donut mix there are many flavors to choose from! My favorite was the lemon poppyseed – perfect for summer (and it’s Jeremys favorite flavor!). They come in a little box with labels ingredients and a direction card that is so easy to follow. You can also order a donut pan from her site if you do not have one!
Step by step, the recipe is so easy to follow, especially because all the dry ingredients are all measured out in baggies.
Icing these was my favorite part!
Serve the donuts on a pretty platter with coffee or tea for the perfect summer time breakfast! Enjoy!
