I am FINALLY sharing with you some of my outfits from NYFW.

I do apologize for the delay! Things have been so hectic in my life lately, but I am finally settling into life being at home not traveling for awhile which is so wonderful. I didn’t get a chance to touch on my first fashion week experience when it was relevant, but I wanted to share a few things.
First, wow. What a crazy few days it was in New York. I really had no idea what I was getting myself into but to say the least, it was definitely a learning experience. I attended a few shows (I hope you got a good peak into them on my snapchat and Instagram!) on behalf of 303 Magazine and the blog. Working in the fashion industry in Denver it was really cool to see the way New York runs their shows. Not going to lie, after seeing how shows were run in NY I realized that our production team is pretty incredible! Lastly, the weather was SO. HOT. so hot. I grew up in Texas and have had my fair share of time enduring the heat. But the New York heat was like no other. If you know me, you know I hate being hot! So my time spent in NY for fashion week was a little uncomfortable…
That being said, I really wanted to style some outfits to share throughout the fall that you could wear when it gets a little cooler. Shooting this one is particular I was very very very hot, but I love this outfit so I am glad I am sharing it with you all today!
To start, these Top Shop pink trousers from Nordstrom are everything. I love that this pink is popular for fall, it also just so happens to be my favorite color! I love that these trousers are business like so you could wear them to an office setting with a button down, yet they can be easily dressed up for a night out with an off the shoulder top! I decided to pair them with this bell sleeved sweater from Shopbop to give the look a more casual day time feel.
