A Summer Rosé Luncheon

What better way to kick off summer with the girls than with a summer rosé luncheon? Equipped with 90+ Cellars rosé, this pink party is so easy to set up and has the perfect and light summer meal to serve!

For the table setting, everything pink is a must! I absolutely love these pink ombré roses The Ruffly Rose put together for the centerpiece! If you don’t have access to a florist, you can easily go to your local grocery store and pick out a different colored pink flowers (or stick to one!). I chose these pink water glasses and pink wine glasses to pair with my white plates and gold flatware to give the setting it’s pop of pink (without having to invest in a whole new table setting!). I absolutely adore these menus and invitations, from Lucky Onion, to place on each setting! It’s always so fun to have a print out menu when serving family style so your guests know what they get to munch on.

Chicken salad sandwiches, tomatoes with basil and burrata are the meal perfect paring to chilled rosé on a summer afternoon! Plus, this meal is SO easy to put together, so you can focus on drinking 90+ Cellars rosé with the girls! End the meal with lemon cake and fresh blueberries for that summer flavor! Set out the food on platters and pedestals on the table so your guests can easily munch on more throughout the meal.

Chill the rosé in an large ice bucket or champagne buckets on the table or set up a bar cart nearby for easy access to refills. It’s also very important to keep the rosé chilled! Make edible flower ice cubes to top the ice in the bucket. Guests can also use them to add to their drink! To fully accomplish this summer rosé themed luncheon, provide an array of rosé’s.
