A Country Dinner.
We hosted my boyfriends work friends and their wives for dinner this weekend. I decided to do the table a country spring theme, inspired by this table runner and napkins I found at West Elm. Using a simple table runner over a white table-cloth and adding an array of flowers and candles makes your table look beautiful. Make sure to use short flower holders so your guests can see across the table. Everything on the menu turned out to be delicious! We were super impressed with our cooking skills that night!

BBQ chicken on the grill
Yellow and red beet salad with goat cheese, candied pecans, strawberries and a Blush Vinaigrette
Grilled mini potatoes with garlic
Asparagus with a tomato and balsamic topping
