Mouthwatering barbecue sauce.

Being a Texas girl I have an indefinite love for barbecue sauce. I could honestly smother it over any type of meat. Gross I know, but I have no shame! It’s the southern girl in me. KC Masterpiece Hickory Brown Sugar barbecue sauce is at the top of my list. The sweetness of the sauce it mouthwatering and goes perfectly with chicken, beef, ribs and sausage. Pretty much anything!

This fall try something different with your KC Masterpiece barbecue sauce like Fall Tacos. These tacos are life changing and are full of sweet spicy flavor that compliments the shredded barbecue chicken. The recipe is super simple to make and the perfect meal to serve at any fall party or as a weeknight dinner for your family.

Ingredients
- Tacos (corn or flour – it’s your preference)
For the chicken:
- 2 – 3 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 bottle of KC Masterpiece Hickory Brown Sugar barbecue sauce
For the Kale Slaw:
- 1 bunch chopped kale
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 green apple
- 1 jalapeño
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp white vinegar (balsamic would work too)
- 2 tsp dijon mustard

Directions
In a crock pot, add the chicken breast, 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/4 cup chopped onion and 1 bottle of bbq sauce. Put on high for four hours. Once the chicken is cooked through use a wooden spoon to shred the chicken and mix in with the sauce.
Meanwhile, sauté the kale with olive oil until the kale is cooked. In a mixing bowl, add the kale, apple and jalapeño. In a separate small bowl add dijon, vinegar, honey and mix. Pour the dressing over the kale mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Build each taco by warming the tortillas, add chicken and top with the kale slaw!
