This has been the most magical fall so far!
The weather is perfectly changing just in time for the beginning of the holiday season. I put up all my Halloween decor today and am so giddy to start celebrating. I have so many fun Halloween ideas I cannot wait to share with you! If you are looking for the perfect way to start celebrating fall I rounded up Five things to do this fall for you! From Hosting a chili and beer tasting to Hiking in the mountains to see the leaves change, these are all things on my to do this this fall!
1. Host a Chili and Beer Tasting

This is one of my favorite fall activities! I am not a huge beer drinker so I usually add in a Cider or two to taste as well! Make up a big pot of chili and serve four different types of beer for your guests to taste! See more on how to host this party here.
2. Host a Pumpkin Carving Party

This wont be the only pumpkin carving party you will see on the blog! I am working on another one to post for you next week. However in the mean time, I love the way this one turned out and it is great inspiration to host your own. This is a great party idea to get your friends and family into the fall and Halloween spirit! See how to host this party here.
3. Bake Delicious Fall Treats!

What better way to get into the fall spirit than baking! The blog is full of so many delicious fall inspired recipes including these apple carrot cake muffins. I love getting friends together on the weekend, make apple cider (spiked!) and bake up some delicious recipes. Try out more fall recipes here.
4. Take a Hike (or walk) and See the Leaves Changing

I recently was up in Vail, Colorado for a bachelorette weekend celebrating my best friend! I cannot tell you how beautiful the leaves up there were. It was so stunning and breathtaking, my favorite time of year to visit Vail. Mallory and I had a moment just taking in the scenery and enjoying the people around us. If you make your way to Vail to fall I highly recommend hiking Berry Picker Trail from Lionshead to Vail Village (you can walk the river path from Vail Village to Lionshead to start), then heading to the Four Seasons for their gourmet Hot Chocolate!
5. Host a Fall Harvest Dinner

Lastly, host a Fall Harvest dinner! Have delicious fall flavors in the meal you serve like apples, pomegranate and cinnamon. Set your table with warm fall colors, forage your centerpiece with fall leaves, and set out tons of candles. If it isn’t too cold set the table outside providing blankets for all your guests in case it gets chilly! Check out more inspiration for a Fall Harvest Dinner here, here, and here.
