Home Renovation: Styling The Entry and Dining Room

We are so close!!

It feels good to say those words and actually be close to being done with our home renovation! Most everything is done except a few plumbing items, a lot of electrical and install of the appliances. I am beyond giddy!! Obviously my favorite part was designing each room. We aren’t quite there yet in regards to actually unpacking and putting out furniture, but I put together some style boards to keep my thoughts in one place. Im the most in love with the dining room area! I cannot wait to host so many dinner parties here! I already have our Christmas party planned out (fingers crossed we can unpack before then). The gold chairs are literally everything. They will have a shearling pad on them for cushioning!

The Entry Way:

I was inspired by the below photo for our entry way but am taking my own spin on it! I am so in love with this bench! I wanted a simple area along the wall from the front door when you walk in to put your shoes on and hang your coat. I also am going to have a little tray on the bench for keys and little things.

The Dining Room:

As I mentioned earlier, I am the most excited for this area! I couldn’t believe it when I had convinced Jeremy to let us have a blush pink rug in the dining room (similar style here). It’s so dreamy looking! And I love love the combo of the gold and white! I am a little bummed because the space only allowed for a table to seat 6 people (our last dining table sat 10!). But, I have some fun ideas on hosting more than your dining room can seat that I will share soon!
