Lake Day Essentials

I recently just spent two weeks at the lake and am itching to go back! Unfortunately reality happens and we can’t all be on an endless summer vacation. However, I am returning soon and CANNOT wait! When we are at the lake most of our days consists of being out on the boat all day long! I like to think I am the expert when it comes to packing my “lake’ bag with all the essentials that we will need. From a bottle opener (yep, aren’t you glad I thought of that for you!), to wine glasses, towels and more, here are all the essentials you need for the perfect lake day.

1. Kate Spade New York Confetti Pitcher – I love this for pre making drinks for the boat! It will easily stand up in your cooler.
2. Govino Wine Glasses – There are a MUST have for summer! They are plastic so they are perfect for taking out on the boat!
3. Mountains Needlepoint Hat – I love this baseball hat from Shop Waiting on Martha. It’s perfect for being up in the mountains!
4. Brass Pineapple Wine Bottle Opener – You’ll thank me later!
5. Pineapple Sippy Cup – For those boat day cocktails!
6. Surf Infusion Spray – I love this stuff! You spray in in your hair after you have been in the water for those perfect beach waves!
7. Gigi New York Tote – I have their older version of this tote and bring it on the boat with me every day! It is medium sized for fits quite a bit and it cute to carry all your belongings in.
8. Sunny Life Speakers – Even though most boats have speaker systems, these speakers are great for sitting on the dock or beach with! I have yet to buy them but it is on my list for the next round of lake days.
9. Inflatable Flaming0 – The one we have at the lake is names “Barbara”. She is perfect for tying up to the dock and laying out on.
10. Beach Towel – I love these patterned beach towels from Shop Waiting on Martha! They are so fun and colorful for summer.
11. Clare V. Coin Clutch – I love this little clutch for keeping my phone, credit cards and a lip gloss in. It is great when you don’t want to carry a purse or for throwing in your beach bag.
12. Everyday Sunscreen – A must have! This is gentle on your skin and doesn’t cause breakouts.
