October Favorite Things

I know I literally say this every year, but this is my favorite time of the year!

I said this in the mashed potatoes post, but there is something about this time of year that makes you want to lean into all things cozy. Especially creating a cozy environment in your home. It’s all about cozy blankets, fall scented candles and lounging in sweaters over at my house right now. I’ve been binge watching Vampire Diaries to get into the spooky spirit, have pumpkins all around my house as decor and am obsessed with putting pumpkin spice in my morning coffee. Fall is literally having her moment in Colorado, I have never seen (or realized) how STUNNING the leaves are when they turn in Denver. Sometimes I will take an extra moment out on errands to drive through the neighborhoods for some leaf peeping. So, while we have full on fall here and the weather finally starts to lean into colder temps, it’s all about fall right now and these are my October favorite fall things!

Red Sweater – This RED is this seasons color y’all and I am obsessed. It’s sooo good and the perfect classic piece you can truly wear many times over again. Im thinking, pair with those brown boots and a pair of jeans then pair it with black silk pants and a fun loafer for two chic fall looks.
Harvest Candle – This is the best smelling fall candle IMO.
Pumpkin Serving Bowl – You know those mashed potatoes I mentioned earlier? Serve those in this cute pumpkin serving bowl at thanksgiving, ok?
Flannel Pajamas – Getting cozy means getting into your jammies and everyone needs a flannel pair! I love these so I bought this striped set and this green gingham set!
Mini Gold Hoops – I’ve been hesitant to invest in expensive jewelry lately because I can’t figure out what pieces I actually want to have for a long time so I bought these cute little mini gold hoops for a test run and have to say I am obsessed. They’re the perfect little chic pair to wear for an every day look.
Cream Blanket – Imagine snuggling under this cozy little blanket with your Harvest candle burning and eating a yummy bowl of beef borginon!
Loewe Scarf – I am thinking this should also go on the upcoming gift guide for her, but wanted to share it here too because its so chic, the color is so good and its a great investment piece!
Brown Boots – The perfect fall boot to have!
Plaid Table Cloth – I love this for a fall dinner party or for your thanksgiving dinner table!
Burgundy Handbag – An Amazon dupe of the Bottega Bang Bang Vanity case that is pretty spot on and I am kind of obsessed with. Handbags have been another piece I am hesitant to invest in because I am not sure which ones I really want to have for years to come. There are a few in my stash I fully regret buying so I am being careful. In the meantime I am taking this little guy for a test run 😉
Marble Pumpkin – This has been the extent of my fall decor and I just love how simple and chic they are!
Printed Napkins – Pair with the checkered table cloth and the gold leaf napkin rings for your thanksgiving table!
Brown Pillows – A cozy addition to give your couch a fall feel!
Candle Holders – I bought these last year and love that Crate and Barrel is still selling them! They are such a fun addition to your fall / Thanksgiving dinner table!
Gold Leaf Napkin Rings – Love these for not only fall dinner parties but would be so pretty with a green napkin for Christmas!
