Inspiration for Every Occasion

At Home Spa Moment

This pumpkin face mask is the perfect at home spa remedy to get your skin holiday ready!

I am such a sucker for skin remedies right now. I seriously have been washing my face and doing my makeup with the same products since high school! Lately though, my best friend Jenny has gotten me hooked on different face washes, serums, an obsession with Sephora, (even though we have no idea what we are doing with most of the makeup we buy..) and not to forget the ever so evil Clarisonic (that story is for another day). When it comes to face masks I am such a sucker to try any! I have started getting regular facials which has helped my skin so much and I highly recommend it to you. This pumpkin face mask is supposed to tighten your skin, exfoliate, helps with aging, helps control the hormone level and oil production, as well as assist with healing of the skin.

And on the plus side you smell like a pumpkin pie for 15 minutes!

SONY DSCSONY DSCINGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 can of Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 egg

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all the ingredients together. Boil a pot of water. Once steaming place your face infront of the steam to let your pores open. Apply the mask to your face, sit back and relax for 10 to 15 min. Wash off the mask with cool water. Make sure to apply a good moisturizer afterwards!
