I love any cocktail that involves champagne! This Rosemary Blackberry Champagne Cocktail is the perfect brunch or lunch cocktail to serve at any spring soiree! I have notice a lot of these recipes that consist of a twist on simple syrup. I highly recommend making a little extra for future cocktails if you like this one!
