These are my absolute favorite thing to make for any tailgating or football watching party!
To follow up with yesterdays party, a football watching party, I of course couldn’t leave you hanging without a delicious recipe. This recipe for individual steak nachos is so simple to make and is definitely a crowd pleaser. It is also full of SO my flavor! You can also make these with chicken or vegetarian style with cheese only. They are little like the perfect bite of a nacho with everything you would want on them. My favorite toppings to put out for guests to build their own nacho is guacamole and pico de gallo. Make sure to serve these immediately so they are nice and warm. The great part about this snack is that they are fast to make so you can keep replenishing throughout the game!

Ingredients
- Round Tortilla Chips
- Shredded Cheese
- Steak
- Salt
- Pepper
- Topping of your choice (guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, etc.)
Directions
Season the steak with salt and pepper. Cook the steak in a pan on medium to high heat until medium rare. Lay out each round tortilla chip on a baking sheet and top each one with steak and shredded cheese. Broil on high for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Top each nacho with your toppings or set the toppings out in small dishes with serving spoons for your guests to create their own!
