An easy brunch recipe!

Happy Monday ya’ll! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Can you believe it is almost February?? I am excited to be sharing Valentines Day content for you to get inspired very soon! In the mean time… I have been focusing really hard on eating heathy to get prepared for my bachelorette party and wedding day! It’s been really inspiring to follow fitness Instagram’s and a healthy meal plan. Apart of my Wedding Day Skin Care routine I have been cutting out wheat and cheese to prevent breakouts, according to Kathryn owner of Aillea Beauty. Though this hasn’t been my favorite thing to cut out, I am starting to see some good results and it is helping me keep on track with my healthy eating! (You have no idea how many times a week my Fiancé would order Dominos if he could…)
I wanted to share one of my favorite recipes to make during the week for breakfast or lunch! This is also such an easy recipe to make it you are hosting a brunch! Serve with hardboiled eggs, fruit and turkey bacon and you have the perfect, healthy spread! It’s such a simple version of avocado toast, but with a little kick to it!
Since I am not eating wheat I usually put this on rice cakes, it is SO delicious! You can also use gluten free bread.
