A Simple 4th of July Table Setting

June 28, 2019 · In: Fourth of July, Parties

…I can’t believe it’s July next week!

I fully believe in the saying “time fly’s when you are having fun”. Jeremy and I have been having WAY too much fun, in the best way possible, lately. From birthday trips, working on our lawn, enjoying summer in Denver, my endless birthday month, it’s been an amazing time and just keeps getting better. Next week we head to one of our most special places that we spend every 4th of July. We will be enjoying the lake, playing tennis, grilling ribs, and watching fireworks – it’s truly a quintessential way to spend 4th of July. In true every hostess form, I always set the table styled in theme for our friends and family! This year, it’s all about using mini American flags as mini accents! It’s such an easy and simple way to to dress up your place setting. Ya’ll, also, between us this table setting cost about $30 – all of the July 4th accents are from Target!

The blooms are called Starburst Hydrangeas! I found them at my local Whole Foods in the floral department. They technically come in a planter, but they were too perfect for this setting so I cut them to put in these fun striped vases from Target (similar here)! Make sure not to have them in a hot area though or they will wilt!

One of my best friends gave me these adorable leather napkin rings from this adorable shop in Denver (Berkley area), Miller Lane Mercantile. If you live in Denver you must go check it out! They were the perfect addition to this table setting and I can’t wait to show ya’ll other settings I plan on using them in.

This is such a fun and simple way to dress up your simple white plates and gold flatware for 4th of July!
